Phil & Jennie Gaglardi Academy (PJGA) is a growing interdenominational K to Grade 12 Christian school in the beautiful Comox Valley, British Columbia. Position: Part-time (0.60 FTE) Grade 6/7 Teacher for January 2021 to June 2021

To be considered for this position, the following criteria are required:

The Candidate must be:

  • A BC certified teacher for the 2020-2021 school year
  • Positive, affirming and energetic
  • Well organized yet flexible
  • Comfortable in using a variety of classroom technology
  • Strong in differentiated learning
  • Collaborative

There potential that the right candidate may be eligible for a full-time, permanent position for the 2021-2022 school year. However, the position will remain open until the most suitable individual has been determined.

Position: High School Science Teacher

This permanent position is a 1.0 FTE, for the 2020-21 school year. The course load includes Science 8-10 and upper-level sciences in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. Salary is based on years of classroom and teaching experience and includes benefits.
