After School Club | Monday–Friday
PJG Academy’s After School Club provides a welcoming space for students in Kindergarten to Grade 5 to unwind, enjoy supervised play, and continue learning after the school day ends.

Children have opportunities for play and recreation, along with dedicated time for homework or reading. Our leaders are available to offer support and help students stay on track with their learning in a familiar, school-based environment.

Program Details

Days: Monday to Friday on regular school days
Hours: After school until 4:45 pm
Location: PJG Academy campus
Eligibility: PJG Academy students in Kindergarten to Grade 5
Cost: $20 per day, for both scheduled bookings and drop-in attendance

The program operates on regular school days and is closed on statutory holidays and non-instructional days. Students participate in a supervised environment that follows the same standards and policies as the school.

Please use our new online booking portal for all new and future After School Club bookings.

Follow these simple steps to register and book:

Create an account in the booking portal.
Add your children and pickup people, along with any other required information.
Select your booking dates for the days you need care.
Complete your payment using the payment links provided.
Confirm your booking when you are redirected back to your portal page.

Important Booking Information

Attendance changes and absences: Please notify the school office by 1:00 p.m. on the day of your booking.
Automatic updates: The booking portal automatically updates our internal tracking spreadsheets as you complete your booking. Some actions may take a moment to process, so please pause and allow each step to finish before clicking again or moving forward.
Secure payments: All payments are processed securely through the organization's Square account.
