2. Paper Copy Option:

1. • If you prefer a paper copy, find it in the Downloads section below.
   • Or, get a copy from the school office during school hours (8:30 am-3:30 pm).

2. Submission:

   • Fill out the form on your computer or on paper.
   • Email the following to accounts@gaglardiacademy.ca.
     • Signed application form(s).
     • Copy of birth certificate(s).
     • Copy of two report cards if applicable. 
     • Copy of any IEPs or learning assessments.
     • A signed Pastor's letter of reference. 
     • Non-refundable $50 application fee per family, not per child. E Transfer accounts@gaglardiacademy.ca
   • Alternatively, drop off the documents at the school: 1475 Noel Avenue, Comox.

3. Next Steps:

   • Once we receive your complete application, we'll schedule an interview and a school tour with the Director.
   • You'll be informed of the admission decision by the end of the interview.
