Once again, it is time for Gaglardi’s Annual Truth Seekers’ Challenge. For those new to our community, this is an anticipated and fun event where students practice oral speaking and presentation skills.

All students will prepare at home to participate in an ‘In-Class’ presentation organized and scheduled by their classroom teacher. Three students from each classroom will then be chosen to participate in our ‘Truth Seekers’ Challenge’ on April 25th.  The qualifying students will perform a scripture verse for a panel of judges on that day.

Criteria:

Students prepare scripture to memorize and recite. Parents may help their child choose their scripture memory piece. Teachers will provide more guidelines, assistance, and practice time in each class to help the students prepare for the main stage event.

Criteria for Bible Reading (K-6)

  • Choose an appropriate Bible verse to memorize and recite.
  • Primary (K-3): verses must be 2-4 lines/sentences long.
  • Intermediate (4-6): verses must be 4-8 lines/sentences long.
  • Inform your teacher of the verse you have prepared.

Judging for Bible Verse (K-6)
