Dear Gaglardi Academy Families

If the school doesn't hear from your family by the deadline, we assume you do not intend to re-enrol your children for next year so that you can give them an open seat for a new family in our wait pool.  To help families, you will receive regular prompts and reminders until the deadline.  There will be a WAAG weekly reminder, website notices, website calendar posts, and a final direct email to every family three days before the deadline.

Be part of the scientific excitement and inspiration! Parents, after viewing, please help your child pack up and bring home their incredible experiments at the end of the day.

Dates: Friday Sessions
Instruments: Students bring their own or arrange individual rentals
Eligibility: Grades 3-6
Availability: 6-8 seats per time slot
Session Length: 35 minutes
Cost: $13 Per session (12 sessions)
Times: Various 3:10 to 5:55 PM

String Ensemble

Dates: Wednesday Sessions
Instruments: Students bring their own or arrange individual rentals
Eligibility: Grades 3-12
Availability: 15-20 seats per session
Session Length: 45 minutes
Cost: $10 Per session (12 sessions)
Times: 3:15 - 4:00 PM

Saturday is a bonus reading day for all students who are part of the Reading Club. This means that for every 15 minutes you read, you can record it on your daily reading sheet! Nice.

Mark your calendars for an enchanting evening at this year's Tanzania Gala Dinner on February 23rd! Doors open at 6 pm for an unforgettable night of community, generosity, and fun.

If you have a child enrolled at Gaglardi Academy, then congratulations! You are automatically a member of the Parent Advisory Council (PAC). Please attend the monthly PAC meetings and volunteer your time at one of the many PAC-hosted activities that happen throughout the year. The PAC needs your ideas, your vision, and your assistance, and it's nice to be needed! Plus, for each PAC meeting you attend, you receive 1 hour that goes toward completing your 25 volunteer hours for the school year. 

PAC meetings are held on the second Tuesday of each month. Meetings start at 6:30 pm in the school chapel (unless otherwise stated). 

There is Pro-D Day on Friday, February 16! It is a non-instructional day for students. Enjoy your day off!
