Saturday, Jan. 14, is a bonus reading day for all K-7 students who are part of the Reading Club. This means that for every 15 minutes you read, you can record it on your daily reading sheet! Happy day!

Donate a Toonie each Tuesday you want to wear a toque. All funds go to our Tanzania missions trip in May 2023. This offer ends on Feb. 28. 

The next PAC meeting is on Jan. 17 at 6:30 pm in the school chapel. 

Fun fact: Since you have a child enrolled at Gaglardi Academy then you are automatically a member of the Parent Advisory Council (PAC). Be "in the know" by attending the monthly PAC meetings and find your place in our school community by volunteering at one of the many PAC-hosted activities that happen throughout the year. Bonus: For each PAC meeting you attend, you receive 1 hour that goes toward completing your volunteer hours for the year. 

Basketball season is upon us and our grades 6 and 7 boys and girls basketball teams are eager to start playing. All games are on Wednesdays from 3:00-4:00 pm. See below for the date and location. If you're able, come on out and cheer on our teams! Go Arrows!

Our Tanzania Missions Team invites you to attend their Gala for Tanzania on Friday, Feb. 10, 2023! You will enjoy a delicious, mouth-watering Mediterranean dinner as well as games throughout the evening. Doors open at 6:00 pm and dinner begins at 6:30. Tickets are $50 per person and can be purchased online by clicking the link below or from our grade 12 students.

Oh, and there will also be a silent auction which, well, still needs items to auction off. Life is no picnic when you stray from the trail...

We are thrilled to announce, with the help of Missoula's Children's Theatre, Gaglardi will be presenting a production of Little Red Riding Hood! In the span of one week (Feb. 6-11), all auditions, rehearsals, and performances will take place. There will be lots of roles for kindergarten through grade 6 students as well as some director positions for older students.

We are so excited that our students will be part of this amazing production so please mark your calendars. There will be after-school rehearsals for some of the older cast members and performances will take place on Friday evening, Feb. 10 and the afternoon on Saturday, Feb. 11.

We are looking for two amazing families to host our Missoula Children's Theatre's visiting directors from Feb. 5th through 12th. Thank you to everyone who has participated in the Meal Train for the Cook family and given other practical help to them. The family is overwhelmed by all the love and support from our school community and are so thankful to be part of it.

Ty Cook is now at home but his health is still in serious condition so we have extended the Meal Train for another two weeks. If you are able to participate, click the link below.
