HE IS RISEN INDEED
They were saying, “The Lord has risen indeed, and he has appeared to Simon!” – Luke 24:34 What a glorious and beautiful time of year it is when we get to celebrate our saviour's death and resurrection. While the greeting origin may be debated, the timeless tradition of greeting each other with "He is risen, He is risen indeed" unites all Christians of all denominations on the most crucial of truths: Christ was raised from the dead, HE IS ALIVE, and through Him, we may also have life. What an incredible way to spend our Spring Break in a relationship with Christ and each other! Have a blessed break and a fantastic time with your family this Easter. We can't wait to see you all when you return. Because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. – Romans 10:9 |

A Big Tanzania Announcement
First, thank you to everyone who has helped and supported the Tanzania crew this year! Our "Pi Day" Pie was a smashing success—not a single slice was left behind. But that's not the only great news! We also hit our milestone for sending the team to Tanzania. Your generosity has massively blessed the crew, and they can't thank you enough! We are at an exciting step in our fundraising journey. Any money raised from here on out directly goes to the Tanzanian people. So be on the lookout for exciting ways to give, like our shorts and skirts fundraiser, where your purchase directly gives clothes to the Tanzanians and purchases fabric for us to continue one of our Tanzania traditions. |
A Massive Congratulations to our Grade 6/7 Girl's Basketball Team
To all the dedicated coaches, resilient players, and supportive staff who contribute to our sports endeavours, a heartfelt thank you! This season, our Grade 6/7 girls' basketball team's unwavering determination and tireless effort, combined with the invaluable backing they received, propelled them to an impressive third-place finish overall! Their performance was outstanding, demonstrating grit and passion until the final whistle. We stand in awe of their achievements and couldn't be prouder! Congratulations, Arrows, on a job exceptionally well done! |
Change to After School Club Availability
We have some important news to share with all the parents and guardians of our after-school club kids. Starting the first day after the break, we have made some changes to our schedule. To provide our students with the best care and attention, we have decided to reduce our availability to three days a week - Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any concerns or questions. |
Goodbye winter, we had an absolute blast!

Our wonderful staff organized various activities, from school-wide events that brought together students from kindergarten to grade 12 to informative parent Professional Development sessions. We are grateful for the strong sense of community here at Gaglardi and were delighted to see so many of you participate in these events.
