There were no medical emergencies, bleacher incidents, cases of heat stroke, or dehydration. And if you made it to the very end, our team placed first in every relay race! What a way to wrap up a wet day!

The HCOS team organized a great track and field day. Students were excited to receive colourful ribbons, and the healthy competition was energizing.  As a Christian school, we were so impressed by all the students who participated.

A massive thank you to parent volunteers and staff for making this day a grand success.  I am already looking forward to next year, just as excited about it as the grade 3’s who are keen to run the relay next year!

Track and field may not be everyone's sport, but everyone can show support from the sidelines. Many of our students not only cheered on the sidelines but also ran alongside, cheering for our school and others. It was heartwarming to see our students being kind, making friends, and cheering on students from other Christian schools. Even though we were all competing on Friday, we will all celebrate together one day with Jesus!
