Hey, Math fans! We're having a week of Math from January 23-27! Students in Gr. K-8 will participate in some fun basic math drills every day of the week. These drills cover basic math facts appropriate for the grade level with a set amount of questions and a time limit. On the final day, students may choose to compete in the final Math Bee where they are marked for the most questions answered correctly in the time allotted. Who will become the Top Bee? Stay tuned! 

Donate a Toonie each Tuesday you want to wear a toque. All funds go to our Tanzania missions trip in May 2023. This offer ends on Feb. 28. 

All Grade 6-7 boys and girls basketball games are on Wednesdays from 3:00-4:00 pm. See below for the date and location. If you're able, come on out and cheer on our teams! Go Arrows!

Grades 8-12 students have a high school conference, Tools for Life, on Thursday, Jan. 26. This will be a great day of special guest speakers and workshops for our students. 

A Comfy & Cosy Dress-up Day for all students is on Friday, Jan 27. Students are invited to wear their comfiest and cosiest pajamas or loungewear. And slippers, if so desired. It will be a comfy, cosy day for sure! Students not participating must wear their regular uniform.

We are looking for two amazing families to host our Red Riding Hood visiting directors from February 5th through 12th. This is a great opportunity to show hospitality, support this awesome production, and take care of all of your volunteer hours for the year! 

If you cannot host but have access to an Air BnB or rental, please let us know. Directors can be hosted together or individually. And, if you can only host for part of the time, that could work as well.

Our Tanzania Missions Team invites you to attend their Gala for Tanzania on Friday, Feb. 10, 2023! You will enjoy a delicious Mediterranean dinner, games throughout the evening and a silent auction. Doors open at 6:00 pm and dinner begins at 6:30. Tickets are $50 per person. Purchase online by clicking the link below or from our grade 12 students. All proceeds from the Gala go toward the student missions trip to Tanzania in May 2023.

If you donated tasty treats for our two concerts in December, we might still have a container of yours! On Monday, all leftover platters, plates, and containers will be on display on the table in the foyer. Please come into the school to see if any of them belong to you and if so, take them away, please! Thanks!

As I step down, I’m excited to announce the passing of the PAC President baton to Sarah Dyjur and Janneke Lavertu who will serve in a shared capacity for the period until Aug. 31, 2023.
