Welcome to the WAAG!
Quick Update on Mrs Bomske: Mrs Bomske is doing very well and at home resting. She will be taking the rest of the school year off - much to her dislike! Her Doctor has ordered six weeks of no stress and lots of rest. Kristen Schultz will be here in her stead. Mrs Bomske is planning to come by for a visit on June 14th to see her reading group do their Reader's Theater presentation during assembly. She also hopes to join the staff for the annual Teachers Appreciation Luncheon. We expect she will be back full time in the fall! [Editor's note: "Yay!"] |

Step Up Day
Step Up Day is on Tuesday, June 8, at 1 pm. This is the day students typically "step up" into the classroom that they will be in next year, however, since we have so many split classes, the classroom your child attends on June 8 may or may not be the teacher or classroom your child is assigned to in the fall. Also, please note that we have Covid policies in place to make sure it is a safe event for your child. Also, you may be wondering about teacher placements for the 2021-22 school year and, just so you know, we will be sending out a letter next week to inform you of those placements. Stay tuned! |
