Need permission forms?
Good news! We're planning to add the permission forms for school activities to the event page on the school calendar starting with next week's activities. For example, if you need a permission form for the Gr. 8-9 Missions Service Projects, go onto our website monthly calendar, click on the event name on its date, and then on that webpage will be the appropriate permission form that you can download, print, complete and give to the school office. Easy? You bet! |

Gr. 4-7 Track Jamboree on Thursday
Let's try this again and hope for good weather! Grades 4-7 students are competing at the Track Jamboree on Thursday, May 12. There is no bus available so students need to be dropped off at the Vanier track at 9:00 am and then picked up also at the track around 2:00 pm. Unless you are picking up and dropping off other students, you don't need to come to the school before or after this event. We need parent volunteers for the day! If you can help with supervising students, running a high-jump pit event or arriving early (7:00 am) to help with set-up, that would be great. Please let the office know by emailing office@gaglardiacademy.ca. One more thing: Please make sure your child comes prepared for the weather: sunscreen and a hat if sunny, or a jacket if cooler and wear proper footwear. Students are also to wear their PE strip uniform. There will be a concession on-site that will be selling healthy snacks, but students should also pack a lunch.
